Laws and litigation
Purchases through Snowroller.co are governed by the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettsloven) and the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). More information about your rights and duties as a consumer can be found at the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). When using Stripe, see Stripe’s own terms in the payment phase.

Snowroller AS is hereby referred to as the seller/seller.
We reserve for misprints and incorrect pricing on the site, and may refuse orders.
If you are a minor (younger than 18 years old) you must have your parents ‘ approval to make an order at www.snowroller.co.
Shipping and delivery time
Orders are sent out after 0-1 business days, unless other information is specified at the product page. If if takes longer time, you will be notified through phone or email. You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order is sent. Get in touch with us if you have questions about the delivery.
Orders are usually sent with a tracking number that you will receive by email after the order is sent. Some exceptions may occur if the order is small of size.
We offer free shipping for orders over €150. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €9 will be added to the order in the checkout. All tax and duties are payed by Snowroller and is included in the price.
Snowroller bear the risk for the order until you have received them in your possession. When returning an order, you will bear the risk until the return is in Snowroller’s possession.
If the order is delayed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will then get information about a new delivery date. We will also inform you if the product is sold out, and you can then choose to cancel your order or get another product instead.
Depending on the nature of the products and the length of the delay, you may, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price, demand delivery, demand compensation or terminate the agreement.
Refuse receiving orders
If a customer order a product and refuses to receive the package, a fee of 250 NOK will be applied.
We want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, you can change your mind and return the products within 14 days. If you would like to change your product into another size, color or product within 30 days without additional charges (shipping fees, tax and duties). The only condition is that the item comes back to us in its original condition, including the original packing material and labels.
Change of size, color or product
Returns regarding changes of size, color or product can be made within 30 days free of charge. You will then have to place a new order on our website and follow the instructions for submitting a return as described below (“submit a return”).
If you want to change color or size, we will cover the return costs if we receive a receipt for the shipping, otherwise this will be covered by the customer. Send the receipt for the shipping cost to email@example.com.
Right of withdrawal
The Norwegian “Angrerettloven” entitles you to regret your purchase. The right of cancellation requires that you no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery give us a notice (cancellation period). Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received and should be able to be sold as a new item. In practice, this means that it must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. If not, the product will be returned to the sender.
In the case of a properly completed return the item’s full price is refunded to buyer, except for a 9€ shipping fee. If the return does not meet the requirements for the right of withdrawal, ie returned late or not returned in the same condition and quantity, the item(s) will be returned to the sender.
Do you want to use your right of withdrawal? Follow the return submission instructions described below (“submit a return”). The return costs are borne by the consumer unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller in accordance with the agreement has delivered a replacement item, because the ordered item was not available.
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important that you add a description and pictures of the defective item.
Once we have approved your complaint, one of the following things happen:
- If it is possible to repair the item, we will refund your disbursement when you get a receipt.
- You get a new identical item.
- You get back the money you paid for the item.
Of course, we are responsible for the shipping cost for fault shipping and complaints.
Submit a return
To return an order to us, please read our instructions for exchanging/returning products here. Make sure that the items you want to change/return are unused and that all labels are on.
We recommend sending returns with tracking, especially for items of higher value. Returns may not be sent against cash on delivery or cash on delivery – these will not be redeemed.
Processing of returns
Returned products will, regardless of the reason, be examined within 0-1 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. In July, the processing time for returns may be somewhat longer.
As soon as we have examined the return package, and the items meets the return requirements, the refund will take place. Any damage to the item leads to a refund on the refund.
For security reasons, the refund will only be made to the same card / account from which the original payment was made. In the event of a refund of card purchases, your card will be credited using a unique reference number that identifies the transaction. The card information is thus not stored by Snowroller.no.
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day as the item is sent.
When paying with an invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.
Snowroller uses Stripe for payments. Card information is not stored and all card information is processed via SSL encryption.
There are normally no fees for payment cards, but fees may apply if you choose a different payment method than card payment or direct payment.
We collect personal information in order to offer excellent customer service, and to be able to deliver the products we sell to you as a customer. In order to complete the process, we are dependent on sufficient information. In accordance with the Personal Data Act we need your consent to processes this information.
The information you provide us is only available to Snowroller. You have the right to take any part of the information recorded about you, and you can require Snowroller to remove or correct the personal information about you. By authorizing Snowroller’s purchase terms, you agree to the above.
