Shipping & Returns

Here you will find information about shipping and returns when you shop at www.snowroller.co (for Norwegian orders, please visit www.snowroller.no).

Shipping

Your order will be sent within 0-1 business days after your purchase. The delivery time is normally 2-2 business days, depending on where you live. We send our international orders form Sweden, and the delivery time is therefore shorter within Europe. Your order will be delivered with PostNord or DHL.

We offer free shipping for orders over €150. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €9 will be added before placing the order.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Thus, we offer free returns when changing size, color or product within 30 days (January 1 for Christmas presents). Additionally, you can always withdraw your purchase within 14 days.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received and should be able to be sold as a new item. Hangtags etc. can not be removed.

How to change an order:

We offer free shipping when changing size, color or product.

  1. Fill in the return form that came with the package upon delivery. Write clearly the name and order number on the form, as well as the reason for the return. Make sure that the items you want to change/return are unused and that all labels are on.
  2. Customers within EU (European Union): Use the return label to send your exchange/return to Snowroller through Bring (Denmark), DHL (Sweden) or Posti (Finland). Customers outside of EU: Send the exchange/return to Snowroller, Postpac AB, Maskingatan 6, 27430 Skurup, Sweden. Email the receipt for the shipping cost to hello@snowroller.no and we will refund the amount to you.

How to withdraw an order:

You can always withdraw your purchase within 14 days.

  2. Customers within EU (European Union): Use the return label to send your exchange/return to Snowroller through Bring (Denmark), DHL (Sweden) or Posti (Finland). A return fee of 9€ will be applied. Customers outside of EU: Send the exchange/return to Snowroller, Postpac AB, Maskingatan 6, 27430 Skurup, Sweden.
